TERMS & CONDITIONS

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. You will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for the outstanding balance.
The outstanding balance needs to be paid on the day of the event by BACS, using your invoice number as your reference.
You are expected to pay the full balance on the day of the event, even if you use the artist for less than the original booked time.
If the artist is asked to work extra hours, this will be paid in cash on the day of the event.

The artist will use the upmost care and safety whilst in attendance; however, the artist is not responsible for any damages to clothing or property. 

The artist will only use cosmetic grade paints, glitters & body glue. These are considered safe to use on children over the age of 3 years. 

The artist is only in attendance to apply paint and or other creative decorations and not to supervise children. 

The artist may refuse to paint and or other creative decorations, any child or adult who is abusive or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The artist will not work outside unless by prior arrangement. ​

All our artists have Public Liability insurance

PHOTO IMAGERY POLICY

We frequently take photographs during the events and parties that we attend. Verbal consent will always be sought by the artist to the individual participants or responsible adult present with any child under 16yrs.

By booking with us and giving your verbal consent you grant the artist full rights to use the images and any reproductions or adaptions of the images for publicity. This might include, but is not limited to, the right to use them on our website, social media, Press Releases or Printed Marketing Tools.

On giving your verbal consent contact details and links to these policies will be given. 

If you DO NOT wish to be photographed, please inform the artist prior to their attendance or on their arrival to your event. Where we will be more than happy to ensure no photos are taken at your event or of specific individuals. 

You can contact us at any time and ask us to remove any images that you have previously given consent to use, and we will be more than happy to delete these from our website and social media. If we have used any of your images on our printed publicity or signs these will be removed and replaced as soon as it is possible.

We can take no responsibility for images that you have previously given consent for that have been shared, saved, or edited by third parties.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

​We understand that sometimes things happen, and you may need to cancel your event.
If this is the case, then please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are as follows:

Cancellation 14 days before booking, full deposit refund.
Cancellation less than 14 days before booking, half deposit refund.
Cancellation of 24hrs before booking, no refund given.
